Starlink connects your operation. CloudOps manages it.
Monitoring of Starlink links, routers, and APs integrated with access control (NAC and captive portal), on a single platform for remote sites. It works with the equipment you already have: today Peplink, Cambium, and Starlink; other brands under project. No additional hardware.
Each site runs 3 Starlink links in parallel.
99.9% availability measured on the current client's network (CloudOps monitoring, 78 sites, period: since August 2025).
Without visibility,
satellite connectivity gets managed too late.
Most remote organizations lack visibility, control, and anticipation capabilities.
When a problem occurs:
- • Users detect it first
- • Diagnosis takes hours
- • Productivity decreases
- • Security is exposed
From firefighting to operating with data, today.
BEFORE
- Wait for incidents
- Manual diagnosis
- Occasional security
- Isolated sites
- Scattered information
AFTER
- Early alerts
- Integrated monitoring and access control
- Centralized management
- Data-driven operation
A platform to observe, protect, and optimize.
One place to know which link failed, who is connected, and what is consuming bandwidth.
Check the status of each link and, on the same platform, the sessions and connected devices at each site. Network quality and access control are not two separate panels.
Track record in access control with NAC and captive portal for more than 100,000 devices.
Observability
Quality Traffic Light per site
Green, yellow, or red per link and router, with measured availability for the last 30 days and per-router target compliance. No chart reading required.
- • Availability per link
- • Availability per router
- • Geographic map of sites
- • Web and app ranking
- • AP reports (sessions and devices)
Also includes
- • Latency
- • Packet loss
- • Bandwidth (link usage)
Access Control
- • NAC
- • Captive portal with social login (Google or Facebook)
- • Vouchers in batches, with QR codes and PDF printing
- • Plans with quota control and usage-based speed reduction (FUP)
- • Multi-organization: each client or site isolated
Speed Verification
Speed evidence, site by site.
- • Speed test started from the site portal: download, upload, latency, jitter and packet loss
- • Open-source measurement engine hosted on the platform, with no results sent to third-party measurement services
- • Result linked to the site's plan when its IP is registered on the platform
- • Pass / fail evaluation with configurable criteria: % of plan, maximum latency, jitter and loss
- • History, monthly average and CSV export
- • API for integrations
Point-in-time measurement: the result depends on the device, the network and the moment of the test.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why CloudOps if I already have Starlink?
Starlink provides connectivity. CloudOps adds monitoring and access control with NAC and captive portal, so you can view the status of your sites, sessions, and connected devices from a single platform.
What is CloudOps Predictive AI?
CloudOps Predictive AI is in development. The plan is to incorporate Link Health Score, Network Risk Index, Capacity Forecast, and AI Insights to analyze link health, operational risk, saturation, and network patterns.
How does the per-site model work?
CloudOps uses a per-site pricing model, meaning you pay based on the number of locations you need to monitor. This makes it scalable and adaptable to organizations of any size, from a handful of sites to hundreds.
Do I need additional hardware?
No. CloudOps works software-only, leveraging your existing equipment. We do not require installing additional hardware, which simplifies deployment and reduces costs.
Does it integrate with Active Directory or LDAP?
YFTEL has integrated Active Directory and LDAP in a previous project. This integration is not part of CloudOps' current NAC. Its inclusion is evaluated based on the requirements of each project.
Does it work with my router or AP brand?
Today it runs with Peplink (routers), Cambium (APs), and Starlink. Other brands are integrated as a dedicated project.
What happens when a Starlink link goes down?
CloudOps shows the status of each site link, logs the outage, and sends alerts. Failover between links depends on how the router is configured (for example, Peplink).
How is a site's speed verified?
A person starts a speed test from the site portal. If the source IP is registered, the result is linked to that site's plan and evaluated as pass or fail against configurable criteria: required percentage of the plan for upload and download, and maximum latency, jitter and packet loss. History, monthly average and CSV export are included. It is a point-in-time measurement, not continuous monitoring: link usage over time is shown by the observed bandwidth in Observability.
What kind of operations is CloudOps for?
CloudOps is designed for operations with remote or distributed sites connected through Starlink, such as mining, agribusiness, energy, logistics, government and education. It monitors Starlink links, routers and APs, integrated with access control (NAC and captive portal). Today it works with Peplink, Cambium and Starlink; other brands under project.
